Yes, you do! I’m a big believer in that you’ll always make time for things that are important to you. Everyone that completes this program is a busy person but knows the huge value and benefit that comes with investing in their development.

RISE Accelerate is for women working in any industry that want to learn practical skills and strategies to progress. You could be working in finance in a global organisation or in marketing at a business with 15 people. The thing that unites all participants is a want to power ahead in their career. Got that? Then you’re the perfect participant.

This program is designed specifically for talented women who value their career. It deals only with the challenges that women face in the workplace when striving for their next promotion, finding sponsorship, improving senior stakeholder management or simply making their value more visible. Unlike other courses, we won’t leave you to go it alone. It’s also different because it brings women together from a range of different organisations and industries meaning you get to build and differentiate your network while you learn.

Through the program you may be expected to do 90 minutes of ‘extension’ work each month. This work will benefit your current job and will typically involve research and speaking to others in your organisation.

We strongly encourage you to join each session live because you will learn more AND have more fun!  We also understand that realistically that might not be possible for every session. For each online session we will give you access to the recording so you can catch up on it or refer back to it.

Gillian Fox delivers all eight workshops. Gillian is the RISE Program founder and coach lead. Through the RISE Program, Gillian’s contagious passion and action-focused “roll your sleeves up approach” has helped countless women secure promotions and find their voice in their organisations.
